Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients (Vulcan7 lists) and take detailed notes
Organize and update our website page
Review and assess off-market property opportunities
Create and maintain ARV tables for properties using tools like County Records, iMap, MLS, RPR, and comparables.
Contact county offices when necessary.
Ensure accurate and organized data using Google Sheets.
Navigate and update information in our CRM system.
Requirements:
Proven experience in acquisitions, lead generation, or real estate sales
Comfortable with outbound calling and building client relationships
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRMs, and online property tools (iMap, RPR, etc.)
Strong internet connection and a headset
Sales-driven, outgoing personality, and highly organized
